Boxuan Cen explores photography as a philosophical medium—one that has shifted from representing external truths to articulating internal subjectivities. Tracing the evolution of the photographic image from modernist documentation to postmodern fragmentation, Cen situates his practice within this critical trajectory.

His work reflects a nuanced inquiry into the psychological and existential conditions of contemporary life.
