Your Satisfaction is Our Priority: Updated Refund Policy

Artwork Return Exclusion:
We value your satisfaction with our products, and we want to ensure clarity in our refund policy. Please note that original artworks and Limited Edition prints are not eligible for returns. Once you place an order for an original artwork and Limited Edition prints, it becomes non-returnable after the order processing begins.

Refund Policy for Other Items:
For all other items, we have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at love@teaoc.art. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Artwork Damaged: Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, especially artwork, are non-returnable, particularly in cases of damage. Custom art pieces, special orders, and personalized items, including limited editions, cannot be returned. If you have questions about damage to your specific artwork, reach out to us for assistance.

Exchanges:
For a swift exchange, return the item following the provided instructions. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
