I explore the pervasive impact of gender stereotypes, which act as unseen restraints constraining our actions and thoughts. While conventional wisdom often links gender to biological factors, such as physiological organs and genes, I challenge this narrow perspective. Instead, I view gender as a dynamic and innate aspect of identity, shaped by a multitude of factors beyond mere biology. Through my work, I advocate for a more fluid and natural understanding of gender, one that embraces the complexities of individual experiences and expressions.

Gender Restraints

My work challenges the limitations imposed by gender norms. In the Gender Restraints series, I express my disdain for societal gender classifications. Why must men be confined to using products labeled for men, and women to those labeled for women? I question this arbitrary distinction, advocating for the freedom to choose the items that resonate with our individual preferences, regardless of gender.
