Yuetong Chen’s artistic practice centers on the agency and visibility of female bodily experience within contemporary social frameworks. Working primarily with intaglio printmaking and works on paper, she draws upon the cyclical, emotional, and physical dimensions of the body to investigate the ways in which gendered norms and bodily politics shape lived experience.
